CALL FOR ENTRIES – NATIONAL ESSAY & ARTICLE COMPETITION (TPACOLLOQUIUM 2026)
The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the TPA Colloquium 2026 proudly announces the National Essay & Article Competition as part of the activities leading up to the TPA Colloquium 2026.
This competition is designed to harness the creativity, research, and innovative thinking of Nigerians across three categories: Postgraduate, Undergraduate, and Secondary School.
Competition Categories & Prizes
- Postgraduate Category – ₦1,000,000 Grand Prize
- Undergraduate Category – ₦750,000 Grand Prize
- Secondary School Category – ₦500,000 Grand Prize

- The Brand Nigeria: From Potential to Global Recognition — How Can Education, Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Creativity Help Strengthen Nigeria's Global Brand?
Secondary School Category
Selected Topic
- The Brand Nigeria Starts With Me: How Can Good Character, Patriotism, Hard Work, and Innovation Help Build Nigeria's Image and Reputation?
Submission Guidelines
- Submission window: 1st October – 30th October 2026.
- Entries must be original and unpublished.
- Word limit:
- Postgraduate & Undergraduate – 2,500 to 3,000 words
- Secondary School – 1,000 to 1,500 words
- Format: Typed, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman, submitted in PDF or Word format.
- A cover page must include: Name, Institution, Level/Class, Contact Details, and Category.
- Each participant may submit only one entry.
- Plagiarized or AI-generated submissions will be disqualified.
